Do you give free estimates?

Yes. The site visit, the subfloor survey, the slab moisture test where one is needed and the written quote all cost nothing, and there is no call-out fee. The visit takes under an hour. Where we give you an estimate, Ontario does not allow us to charge more than ten percent above it unless you authorise the additional work in a signed amendment to the contract.
